The new phone number appears on the company website, in the top left corner under the Firwin logo.  For its venture into the toll-free world, the company chose one of those "vanity numbers" - meaning it's easy to remember: 1 877 FIRWIN7. For those of you get "finger-tied" when it comes to dialing based on letters, the number is 1 877 347 9467. Customers can now call toll-free from anywhere in North America.

Speaking of phones, in conjunction with the Firwin’s recent expansion, the company has upgraded its phone system as well. When dialing in, customers now can immediately enter the extension of the party they wish to reach, or press a number to be directed to various departments (sales, marketing, shipping, etc.). Of course, for those still prefer the personal touch, pressing "0" at any time will connect to the receptionist, who will promptly take the call.
